Refund policy

$7.50 flat rate shipping. If you want to expedite your order, please call 972-562-4555 to receive an expedited quote. Cost for expedited shipping is paid for by the customer. Pumps' doesn't refund shipping charges or cover the cost of return shipping. Pumps' doesn't ship internationally at this point.

Pumps will process an online order within 48 hours of receiving the order. We ship via USPS or UPS and it usually takes 2-5 days to receive an order depending of location of the order.We hope that you love all your Pumps' purchases. However, if you're not completely happy with your purchase here is our return/exchange policy.

IN STORE PURCHASES  *If you are not fully satisfied with your in store purchase, you can return the UNWORN merchandise WITHIN 14 DAYS for an EXCHANGE or STORE CREDIT ONLY.  *Shoes that have been worn will not be accepted unless there is a manufactures' defect.  *ALL SALE ITEMS & SPECIAL ORDERS ARE FINAL SALE.*
